MIHR 2017 Survey on Access to Cyclone Information by Matabeleland South Women

Matabeleland Institute for Human Rights conducted a snap survey on the 16th of February 2017 to ascertain levels of access to human rights information on the eve of the Cyclone Dineo storm. The Survey was motivated by the need to enhance the promotion and protection of human rights during disaster times.

This document contains the rationale for the survey, the survey results and the recommendations.
