
From an list of 39 applications, Matabeleland Institute for Human Rights has finally selected 6 Bulawayo Youths who will be part of the 2022 Bulawayo Youths Rights In Action Fellowship. The 3 months fellowship will include training on human rights and civic engagement and practical action in the community to solve real community human rights concerns.
The 6 finalists, who include 4 ladies and 2 gentlemen are tackling a variety of local community concerns that include access to water, sexual and reproductive health rights, gender-based violence, drug and alcohol abuse and environmental justice.
